Anastasia Hall, LSW

Anastasia Hall, LSW (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, changes in relationships, and transitional times. Anastasia works with adolescents and adults to foster change and growth when things feel challenging. Anastasia utilizes a person-centered philosophy, while implementing elements from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) to guide sessions.
