Anastasia Hall, LSW (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, changes in relationships, and transitional times. Anastasia works with adolescents and adults to foster change and growth when things feel challenging. Anastasia believes that by working collaboratively, we can develop self-awareness and notice patterns, leading to change.

Anastasia recognizes that frequently, through life's struggles, an individual might find themselves questioning, ruminating, and feeling uncertain about themselves or a situation. Anastasia's viewpoint is that developing self-trust is some of the most sacred and important work that one can do, and often we hold the answers within ourselves that we are looking for. Anastasia utilizes a person-centered philosophy, while implementing elements from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) to guide sessions.

Outside of the therapy office, Anastasia can be found taking long walks, cooking something up in her kitchen, or watching reality tv! If this is your first time in therapy, or your tenth, there's something bringing you back...and I'm so glad you're here.
