She is passionate about holistic mental health, rooted in the belief that true healing is more than just gaining insight, it’s about creating a deep psychic and physical shift. Gianna brings a collaborative energy to her work with clients. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Gianna offers introductions to meditation and guided meditation as optional tools for those interested in cultivating nervous system regulation and mindfulness as part of their healing process.
