Hi, I’m Crystal (she/her). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University. I am passionate in supporting clients
through an array of mental health struggles. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients spanning different ages, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I am experienced in assisting adolescent and adult clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, grief, motivation, socioeconomic stressors, self-esteem issues, school stressors, and more. I am an energetic counselor, who is also able to give clients compassionate silence when necessary. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions.

My therapeutic modalities of specialty include narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. These styles allow me to work with clients through stages of change while also processing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have, or continue to, affect one’s life. My therapeutic approach is conversational in nature. This is to foster a sense of openness in session and allow for comfortable disclosure at the client’s pace.

I am glad that you are here. Reaching out is a big step toward the healing process. I look forward to meeting you!
