Hi, I’m Samreen (Sami) Khokhar, a master’s level clinician with a degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being, with a particular interest in working with children and adolescents. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges, build coping skills, and achieve lasting growth.

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques that foster personal growth and resilience. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) within my practice to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to make positive change. I aim to make clients feel heard, empowered, and supported.

Over the course of my career, I have worked alongside psychologists at a health network as a psychometrists to administer psychological assessments for a variety of needs, including ADHD, Autism, and personality testing. I have a background administering tools such as intelligence, behavioral, and personality assessments while working closely with clients to observe and note behaviors during testing to support comprehensive evaluation.

If you’re seeking support through any area in your life, I am here to help you and your family navigate these challenges with care and compassion. I strive to provide a warm and comforting space to process and navigate one’s healing experience.
