Kendra Pepper, LCSW

Hello, I’m Kendra Pepper, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I specialize in grief and loss counseling, end-of-life support, and compassionate therapy for individuals navigating life transitions and complex challenges.
My professional background includes extensive experience in medical social work and end-of-life counseling, where I have supported individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult moments. I have worked with clients across the lifespan, helping them process change, cope with uncertainty, and find stability during overwhelming times.

I practice from a person-centered therapy approach, grounded in empathy, active listening, and genuine connection. I believe in meeting clients where they are and honoring their individual strengths, values, and goals. Using a strengths-based perspective and systems theory framework, I help clients understand how relationships, family dynamics, and life circumstances influence their experiences.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will work to navigate grief, life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges with warmth, integrity, and compassion.
