Casey Pollard, MA, has a masters degree in counseling with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Casey has worked with a diverse range of populations. She is dedicated to creating an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges. This allows them to make informed and confident decisions to navigate life's complexities. Casey has experience supporting teens, adults, and couples, and specializes in addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship changes, and self-esteem building.

 

Casey's professional background includes working with families through Family Based programs, providing therapy to teens in school settings, and offering crisis intervention services. She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client through collaboration. In her free time, Casey enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, and reading outdoors.
