My name is Casey Pollard, MA, a master’s level counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of individuals, and I’m committed to creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe exploring challenges and discovering new paths forward.

My goal is to help you make informed, confident decisions as you navigate life’s complexities. I work with teens, adults, and couples, and I specialize in supporting clients who are dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My professional experience includes working with families through Family-Based programs, providing therapy to teens in school settings, and offering crisis intervention services during moments of urgent need. These varied environments have strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are—whether they’re looking for support during a difficult transition or hoping to build long-term emotional resilience.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy, adapting my approach to fit the individual or couple I’m working with. Together, we will explore practical strategies, deeper insights, and personalized tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I love spending quality time with my two children, traveling, and reading outdoors activities that help me stay grounded and inspired.

If you’re looking for anxiety therapy, trauma counseling, stress management support, or a therapist for teens and couples, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
