Gianna Leo Falcon is a masters level clinician and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and graduated from NYU. She has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about holistic mental health, rooted in the belief that true healing is more than just gaining insight, it’s about creating a deep psychic and physical shift. She knows that transformation doesn’t come from striving for perfection, but from the honesty of showing up as we are messy, imperfect, and real.

Gianna has spent much of her mental health career in social services, supporting teens, young adults, and individuals in recovery. Her therapeutic approach draws from narrative work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic practices, and brain-rewiring techniques. She believes every person carries a powerful, unique story, and that by exploring and finding strength in our lived experiences, we open the door to meaningful, lasting change.

Gianna  brings a collaborative energy to her work with clients. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Gianna offers introductions to meditation and guided meditation as optional tools for those interested in cultivating nervous system regulation and mindfulness as part of their healing process. Beyond the therapy room, Gianna is also a fine art photographer and has run a successful wedding photography business for nearly a decade. Her artistic eye and appreciation for authentic moments mirror the same values she brings to her clinical work honoring what’s real, and finding beauty in the imperfections of life.
