Lauran is a dedicated master's-level clinician, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to help clients explore their thoughts, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strengths. She works with individuals across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—and thoughtfully tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique developmental and emotional needs.

 

When working with children, Lauran incorporates therapeutic play techniques to help them express emotions, develop coping skills, and process experiences in an age-appropriate and engaging way. Lauran’s work is grounded in a person-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship, authentic empathy, and unconditional positive regard. She also integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to support each client’s specific goals and preferences.
