Hi, I am a master's-level therapist who is passionate about helping individuals feel seen, heard

and supported as they navigate life's challenges. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and

nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, explore difficult emotions, and work toward

meaningful change at your own pace. I believe every person has unique strengths, and that

therapy is most effective when we work together collaboratively. I also believe that the

therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of counseling, and I strive to

build genuine connections rooted in trust, empathy, and respect.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology before completing my Master of Science

in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. I have experience working with adolescents and

adults in both outpatient community mental health and juvenile justice settings. Throughout

my career, I have supported clients facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma,

ADHD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and behavioral challenges.

My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based

practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and

Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also value the connection between the mind and body,

recognizing that emotional well-being is closely connected to our physical experiences.

I enjoy incorporating mindfulness, body awareness, and practical coping strategies to

help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, 0and create lasting change.

Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, managing anxiety, developing

healthier coping skills, or simply looking for a space to grow, I'm here to support you.

Together, we can identify your strengths, clarify what matters most to you, and work

toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your
